Broward College saw female enrollment increase from 5 to 15 women and male enrollment increase by from 43 to 110 men in targeted Introductory Computer Networking courses after only one semester of participating in the WomenTech Educators Training Program. Female retention also increased from 80% to 100%. A year later, the same strategies were applied to the entire CS/IT Department and female enrollment went from 149 to 226 women in 5 of Broward's Computer Science and Information Technology AS degree programs. That is 77 new female students. Male enrollment also increased from 751 to 1009 men.
